no doubt people will be horrified by the honesty here. i'm far from the hero of all my stories, stumbling through awkward situations finding the humour in the horror.

so 4 days later this little thing i stuck together (a whole lazy day after the @KristenNeel thing popped up in the australian media) it then went around tumblr 26K times
it's cute to read the responses. mostly: a) i need to know more about Gillard! b) australians always get so angry when people threaten to go there, but in Canada we're like... meh... c)yeah, but she's still a useless cunt
although i too am not entirely happy with Gillard once she subdued all her personality (displayed here in this pic) the minute she became prime minister.
the reason for the post was the disinterest in the rest of the world has in 'chrisitian' values or how dare the rest of the world not know who leads this pissy little country.
it was because if i was a chick i would be pretty damn thrilled that a woman was in the highest position of power of a country. to the cynics that may not mean much, but it's still a big deal, especially in a country you're threatening to escape to
